My partner and I were tossing up between purchasing an investment property, buying a home that was already built or building when we decided to visit the Evolution Building Group Suffolk Display Home. As soon as we walked through the home we made up our mind up that we definetely wanted to build with Evolution. From the finishes to the colour scheme and all the details in the home, we fell in love and have now decided to build the Suffolk for ourselves. The customer service is impeccable from replies to emails late on a weekend to Darrin (the owner) being in the display home on a Sunday keen to answer all of our questions. We would definetely recommend visiting the home!

It was so great to find a local quality builder to build our custom home. It is everything we planned! From the initial meeting to the planning stages and construction, the team were always friendly and responsive. Our initial impressions were high and we were never let down. The entire process was effortless. We had every bit of confidence that they would deliver a quality product. Holding the fort and every bit helpful is Helen and the rest of the team. They are super friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Evolution Building Group to anyone wanting to build a quality and affordable home. We can't thank you guys enough.

We were quite blessed to find Darrin and his team at Evolution Building Group to build our dream custom home. From day one, everyone was so friendly and accommodative, we could not praise this team enough . We are very grateful to Troy and Helen, who made the initial planning stage so smooth for us by understanding our expectations and working through the details.

The trades working on our project were also very professional and most importantly caring. Our house was built on a relatively challenging down sloping block but was still finished well in time with good quality material and workmanship. We are so in love with our first home built by Evolution Building Group! We were so happy to have found a local builder who made us feel like we weren’t just another number. From the day we first walked through the Atlantis display home in Wongawilli and met Sharon, we instantly felt at ease and knew it was the right thing to do!

Big shoutout to Helen, you are such a lovely person! From the beginning you have been so patient and understanding, you made us feel very comfortable with everything! Being our first build, we had a lot of questions and they were always answered straight away. Who said building was stressful!?!

The team at Evolution have been absolutely fantastic. From the very first phone enquiry with Helen we immediately felt so comfortable in making the commitment to build our home with this team. There was never pressure put on us in regards to making decisions or handing over money, they have been very considerate during the entire process.

There have been many enquirers on our behalf and not once has it been an issue and, our enquirers are answered within the hour. The entire team are all so friendly however, maintaining a very high standard of professionalism.

After visiting the Evolution Homes display at Wongawilli we walked away with butterflies. We wanted a new home on our existing block of land that had our 40 year old home on it. We had a set budget and didn't know if it was at all possible to find a house the size we wanted, that didn't look cheap and nasty, all within that budget. We also had the additional hurdle of having an existing detached garage that was staying on the block that the new house had to fit around. We left our hopes with Darrin and within a short period of time, we were given the news that our dream was about to become a reality.

Every step of the process was clearly explained to us and when we didn't get it, it was reiterated over and over again until we got there! The team were very patient, kind and understanding of our circumstances. For that, we are very grateful.

We received regular updates each week to let us know how things were going and walk through requests were always accommodated. Any issues that did come up during the building process were rectified without debate.

The team at Evolution Building Group are very professional and easy to work with. They have been extremely helpful from the design and colour scheme stage, all the way through to the construction and handover of the house I am proud to call home. The office staff are always willing to help and are very up front with all aspects of the home building process. The construction team have done a fantastic job making my dream a reality.
