Evolution Building Group will Design and Tender a
brand-new home for any new clients on their land for a reduced initial deposit fee of $990*.
Eligibility
- Evolution Building Group “Design Your Happy Place” offer is valid to new Evolution Building Group Pty Ltd (Evolution Building Group) clients in the Illawarra regions ONLY & is Non-refundable.
- Eligibility is strictly at the Sales Consultant discretion; whose decision is final.
- This offer is limited to only the specified documentation. Additional reports such as, but not limited to like Flood Certificate, bushfire assessments will be additional fees charged to the owner.
- This offer is limited to lots which are no greater than two (2) metres of fall over the building envelope. Pre-benched Greenfield sites exempt.
- A Preliminary Agreement must be signed prior to engaging Evolution Building Group to “Design Your Happy Place Offer” their new home.
- Evolution Building Group may ask for evidence or Certificate of Title that provides information about who the current owners of a property or block of land are.
- Evolution Building Group will provide a Tender incorporating our Evolution Inclusions and other related items we deemed to best of our knowledge required to your lot. Does not include client variations, fixtures or other specifications unless specified by the Sales Consultant.
- The “Design” phase is to be completed within 45 (forty-five) days from initial deposit for standard design or 60 (Sixty) days for Custom.
- The “Design” phase allows upto 2 (two) client revisions only. Additional revisions will incur additional fees
- The “Tender” is to be provided and discussed at Initial Tender Presentation which is to be presented within 7 days of Tender being ready.
- The “Tender” will expiry 14 (fourteen) days after Tender Presentation. Evolution Building Group reserve the right to revise the base price accordingly.
- No plans by other builders or designers will be accepted as a design brief/sketch.
- Client to nominate estimated build budget before Preliminary Agreement being signed.
- Only one (1) Design & Tender offer per lot.
- A “new customer” refers to anyone who has not yet paid an initial deposit for their new home to be built at that address by Evolution Building Group.
Exclusions
- Offer is only available to a Single Dwelling (upto 350m2 in overall size) on the proposed Lot. Dual Occupancies will incur additional Fees. Excludes Multi Dwellings or other.
- This offer may be extended or cancelled at any time without notice.
- Offer only available with selected promotions, please discuss with your Sales Consultant.
Expiry
- This offer is available to all new customers who sign a Preliminary Agreement between 1st March 2026 – 31st May 2026 and proceed to accept their tender by no later than the date specified in their Tender document and/or 7 days of the initial tender presentation.
- Should the tender expire prior to the acceptance and fee paid by the new client than, Evolution Building Group may cancel the Tender or reprice accordingly.

Definitions
- Referrer: The Referrer must be a previous client of Evolution Building Group and must have reached construction stage, with all progress payments up to date.• Referred Buyer: The Referred Buyer must be a new client of the Evolution Building Group.• Builder: Evolution Building Group Pty Ltd (ACN 147075992) trading as Evolution Building Group
- Past Clients: Includes any client who has signed a contract, reached construction stage, and fulfilled their contractual obligations with Evolution Building Group.
The Evolution Building Group Refer a Friend (Referral Reward Program) allows for a past client (Referrer) of Evolution Building Group (Builder) to refer a new client (Referred Buyer) who is able to enter a building contract and meet their contractual obligations with the Builder.
Eligibility Requirements
- Refer a Referred Buyer to the Evolution Building Group via the Referral Form on our website
- The Referred Buyer must advise the Evolution Building Group that they are a referred client and provide details at (or before) the signing of the Preliminary Agreement. No referrals will be accepted after this stage.
- To be eligible to receive the referral fees, the referrer must:
– Have entered into a building contract to construct a dwelling with Evolution Building Group.
– Must refer a person who also enters into a building contract with Evolution Building Group.
– Referred friends must be new clients to Evolution Building Group and must not have already engaged with a Consultant.
​- Obtain permission from the referee before submitting their details.
- There is no limit to the number of Referrals that can be generated by the same Referrer.
- The $2,000* referral payment will be paid as a Bunnings voucher to the referrer when the referred customer’s and referee’s homes have both commenced construction (slab down stage).
- If either contract is to cancel, this offer becomes null and void, the referral fee will not be paid.
- The referral promotion can end or change at the discretion of Evolution Building Group Management.
- The decision of Evolution Building Group management shall be final and not contested. No correspondence will be entered.
- The Referral Fee is non-transferable, is not offered in conjunction with any other promotional offer and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
- By submitting the Referral request, you are indicating acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- This referral will end at the discretion of Evolution Building Group management. The decision of management will be final and not contested. If there is a breach of the relevant HIA Building Contract by the contracted Referred Buyer or Referrer this offer becomes null and void. All progress payments under the Building Contract must be paid on time.
- This Referral Program is effective from 8th September 2020.
