Colour & Selection Process
We know from experience that the colours and selection process is one of the most enjoyable and exciting parts of building a new home. You have recently chosen your home design and floorplan and made any adjustments required and now its time to choose the colours and products that will really make it your own!
To help our home owners with their selections our colour consultant team will meet to discuss the process and then schedule in your external and internal colour appointments.
Additional meetings with our tiles, kitchen, and electrical consultants will ensure your home has everything you need.
We do this BEFORE contract signing to ensure we have included absolutely everything you want in your new home, and you can enjoy the process knowing it is all sorted.
To make this process even more enjoyable we have have launched our Colour Studio! The Colour Studio is not only a dedicated selection studio it is also a showcase of the suppliers and products we include in our homes.

A strong foundation is crucial to a new home, and we only use and provide the best:
Strong Frames
90mm termite-resistant treated timber frames throughout your home. (Some builders use 75mm)
More Piering
We include up to 80lm to even bearing as standard.
Tiled Porch & Alfresco
Tiles for your entry and entertaining area will be completed. Nothing extra to be done and no extra to pay!
Better Quality Finishes
Pine Skirting & Architrave
We include 67mm pine skirting and 67mm architrave throughout your home. With the choice of four styles to choose from.
Taubman's Premium 3 Coat Paint Finish
We provide a better & more protective finish to all internal walls and woodwork with Taubmans premium three coat paint finish.
